AESCULUS HIPPOCASTANUM

Slowness (digestion, heart, bowels-constipation) stasis (venous – varicose veins) congestion (liver, portal system).

Feeling full of small sticks in rectum (swelling obstructing the passage also in throat) with burning; much pain after stool with prolapse; pains are sharp and shoot up the back; blind as well as bleeding piles occurring in females during their climacteric period; irritation due to ascarides when associated with above feeling of fullness in rectum.

Throbbing Throbbing (behind symphysis pubis, in hypogastrium, in pelvis); heart’s action full and heavy, can feel pulsations all over.

Burning In rectum, throat, chest.

Corroding discharges – yellow discharges
Dark yellow and sticky leucorrhoea with lameness of the back (back aches and gives out) making the patient unfit for business.

A great liver remedy

Coughs associated with disorders of the liver. The liver region is tender with feeling of fullness. Patient feels distress a feeling of weight and aching in stomach for 2-3 hours after eating.

THLASPI BURSA PASTORIS

Is an anti-hæmorrhagic and anti-uric-acid remedy. Deafness and pain in l. ear. Dysuria of old persons; with dribbling. Pain in l. shoulder so great, he thought neck and shoulder would breakGall stone colic; liver affection being secondary to uterine condition (Burnett). History of hæmorrhage or suppressed vaginal discharges. Impulse to walk far. Pain from above eyes up over head to nape. Taste like bad eggs. Craves butter-milk. Flatulence (r). Kidney stone. Menses or leucorrhœa leaves a fast stain. Leucorrhœa excites itching. Milky water runs from r. nipple. Weakness between scapulæ. Profuse passive haemorrhage from every outlet of the body; blood dark and clotted. Metrorrhagia: with violent cramps and uterine colic; in chlorosis; after abortion, labor, miscarriage; at climacteric; with cancer uteri (Phos., Ust.). Menses: too early; too profuse; protracted (eight, ten, even fifteen days); tardy in starting, first day merely a show; second day colic, vomiting, a haemorrhage with large clots; each alternate period more profuse. Haemorrhage or delaying menses from uterine inertia; exhausting, scarcely recovers from one period before another begins. Leucorrhoea: bloody, dark, offensive; some days before and after menses. Albuminuria during gestation. Chronic neuralgia. Renal and vesical irritation. Hæmorrhage from uterine fibroid with aching in back or general bruised soreness. Aching between scapulæ. Uterine hæmorrhage, with cramps and expulsion of clots. Effects of suppressed uterine disease (Burnett).Spermatic cord sensitive to concussion of walking or riding.Scaly eruption behind ears.Leucorrhœa before and after menses; bloody, dark, offensive; stains indelibly.Scarcely recovers from one period before another begins.Accumulation of gravel. Renal colic. Brick-dust sediment. Urethritis; urine runs away in little jets. Often replaces the use of the catheter.
