(Abortion)

SABINA

Threatened abortion about the third month, with pains small of the back, going down thighs ; bruised sensation along the anterior surface of the thighs.Pains from sacrum to pubis is also a characteristic symptom. Hæmorrhages, where blood is fluid and clots together. Violent pulsations; wants windows open. Tendency to miscarriage, especially at third month. Craves lemonade. Itching, excited genitals. Pruritus of pregnancy. Crawling in nipples.

VIBURNUM OPULUS

Threatened miscarriage, with pains from lower abdomen into thighs. Pains in back, end in a cramp in uterus or go down face of thighs. Cramps in calves before menses. 

CIMICIFUGA ( ACTAEA RACEMOSA / MACROTYS)

When we find history of still births lower potency (1x/6c ) is to be given one dose is to be given in the morning during the whole pregnancy.
When the pains fly across the abdomen, from side to doubling the patient up ; fainting spells. Uterine atony (Alet.). Sees rats. Sees various colors and forms.  Hysterical women, nervous, rheumatic fidgety; her troubles alternate - one group of symptoms today, entirely different group in a couple of weeks.

HAMAMELIS                                

Great soreness in the abdomen. Irritable and chilly. 

THREATENED MISCARRIAGE FROM ANGER

Aconite and Chamomilla. 

SECALE

Threatened abortion during the later months; copious flow of black liquid blood, especially if the patient be thin and scrawny. All the Secale conditions are better from cold; the whole body is pervaded by a sense of great heat.

APOCYNUM CANNABINUM

Albuminuria , uraemia, convulsions, dropsies, ascites, anasarca and hydrothorax, and urinary troubles, especially suppression and strangury ; nephritis during pregnancy.Nausea, with drowsiness. Thirst on walking. Excessive vomiting. Food or water is immediately ejected. Dull, heavy, sick feeling. Oppression in epigastrium and chest, impeding breathing (Lobelia infl). Sensation of sinking in stomach. Abdomen bloated. Ascites.

Agaricus Muscarius:

Paralytic weakness felt in lower limbs in pregnant women. Legs feel heavy, must go to bed. Trembling, jerking in lower limbs.
Pain as if touched or pierced by needles of ice is very characteristic. Belonging to a low order of vegetation Agar. produces fetidity of breath, eructations, and stools. Sweat may be oily but is not offensive. Agar. is a spleen medicine, causing stitch in the side, and it has cured stitch in runners, enabling them to run further. The symptoms of Agaricus are apt to appear at the same time on opposite sides of the body but diagonally (right upper and left lower, or vice versâ). The nervous patients requiring Agar. pass little urine (opp. Ign.), though the bladder may be irritable.
Many symptoms appear when walking in the open air; this is a very general and characteristic aggravation. On the other hand, all symptoms are < indoors and at rest, except vertigo, which may be either < or > in a room. Conversely to sensitiveness to cold there is sensitiveness to the rays of the sun, and sunstroke is within the curative range of Agaric. < After moving, and by pressure from without.
